Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying

The 5-Day AI Video Creation Challenge is a digital programme priced at ₹99 (inclusive of applicable taxes). It includes 4 days of self-paced lessons, 1 LIVE masterclass, the listed bonuses, and hands-on help on Day 1 to set up your accounts and free/trial credits on the AI tools used in the challenge (for example script, voice and video generation tools).

Access is delivered instantly to your account after payment. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping or delivery charges apply.

2. Refund condition — Day 1 and the assignment

We want you to judge the programme on real work, not on a preview. So the refund is tied to one simple condition: attend or complete Day 1 and submit the Day 1 assignment.

If you have completed Day 1 and its assignment and you genuinely do not like the programme, write to us and we will refund your fee — in exchange for the AI tool credits we helped you set up on Day 1. In plain terms: we return your money, and the credits and accounts we provisioned or activated for you during Day 1 are surrendered and revoked (they are transferred back to us / deactivated), along with your access to the programme.

This exchange exists because those Day 1 credits carry a real cost to us. Keeping both the credits and the money is not possible; you choose one.

3. When a refund is not available

If Day 1 or the Day 1 assignment has not been completed, there is nothing to evaluate and the refund does not apply.

If you have already consumed the AI tool credits set up on Day 1 and cannot surrender them, the refund cannot be processed, because the exchange described above is no longer possible.

Requests made more than 7 days after your Day 1 access date.

Accounts where credentials were shared, content was redistributed or the acceptable-use rules in our Terms of Service were broken.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@aicreatorstudio.in from the address you enrolled with, using the subject line “Refund request”. Include your full name, order/payment reference, your Day 1 assignment submission, and the AI tool accounts and credits we set up for you on Day 1.

We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval and are sent back to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days after initiation.

We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different account than the one used to pay.

6. Cancellations

Because access is granted immediately after payment, an enrolment cannot be “cancelled” in the usual sense — it can only be refunded under the conditions above. The programme is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel for future billing.

If we cancel or reschedule the LIVE masterclass and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund with no conditions.
