What we collect

Account data you give us: name, email address, optional phone number and your password (stored only as a secure hash).

Learning data: which courses you are enrolled in, lesson completion and progress, and any support tickets you submit.

Payment data: order records and status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Usage data: pages viewed, clicks on calls-to-action and anonymous performance measurements (page load speed, responsiveness, layout stability).

How we use it

To create your account, deliver programme access, track your progress, answer support requests and process refunds.

To measure and improve our advertising and website performance in aggregate.

To send transactional email about your enrolment. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. It records events such as viewing the pricing section, clicking an enrol button and completing signup, together with a de-duplication identifier so the same action is not counted twice.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Meta ad preferences or block cookies in your browser; the site remains fully usable.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our managed cloud database provider with row-level access rules so you can only read your own records. Access to production data is limited to the operators of this platform.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@aicreatorstudio.in. Deleting your account removes your progress and revokes programme access.

Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. Anonymous usage metrics may be retained in aggregate.
